Maimonides Cemetery urges all lot owners to keep their lot in care. Endowment Care will allow for care even after you are gone.
Endowment Care refers to the care given a lot after the lot owner has given a certain predetermined sum or endowment to the Cemetery, to care for a specific lot in accordance with the New York State Non-for-Profit Corporation Law. The interest generated from the endowment will be used to maintain the property, as income allows. The principal remains intact.
